About Us
California Smog Check Network is a coordinated network of 15 BAR-licensed STAR-certified smog inspection stations across San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. We've completed over 50,000 smog inspections and maintain a 4.88★ Google review average across the network.
What we do
California requires biennial smog inspection for most vehicles 8+ years old. Our network specializes in fast, fair, transparent inspections — bilingual service, same-day DMV cert filing, walk-ins always welcome. We serve everyone from individual car owners to fleet operators to new California residents needing out-of-state vehicle registration.

The network's journey
Starting from individual smog stations in North County San Diego, the network expanded through coordinated quality standards, shared training programs, and unified Google Business Profile management. Each location maintains its own community relationships while benefiting from network-wide infrastructure: centralized review monitoring, coordinated marketing, fleet program operations, and bilingual workflow standards.
Today the network serves 50,000+ inspections annually across San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. Our 4.88★ network average reflects 13,500+ verified Google reviews across 15 BAR-licensed locations — including 11 STAR-certified stations and multiple STAR test+repair facilities.
We're growing — both organically and through new affiliations. Reach out about joining the network if you operate a smog station in our coverage area.
