• Your name + phone (when you book or text us)
• Your email (optional)
• Your vehicle's VIN and inspection results (state-reported to DMV per law)
• IP address and browser info (standard website analytics)

What we DON'T do

• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT share contact info outside our network without your consent
• We do NOT share license plate data outside required California state reporting
• We do NOT track you across other websites

SMS opt-in

When you text SMOG to our network number, you're opting in to occasional SMS about your inspection, retest reminders, and special offers from your local shop. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Standard message + data rates may apply.

CCPA rights

Under California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, opt out of any data sale (we don't sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising rights. Email nejadsamaun4@gmail.com to exercise any right.

State reporting (required by California law)

BAR requires every smog inspection to be electronically reported to DMV — license plate, VIN, inspection result, inspector's BAR license number. We comply with all state requirements.
